I saw a comment on a post that this should be available again as of 4/25, but I am not seeing it. Was this delayed further?
Curious as to if there are any tips / formats / standard y’all follow will filling out RFPs that ask for a breakdown of implementation services? I provide a high level breakdown of our different phases and a few short sentences as to what is required within each phase. When it comes to time commitments, I struggle to put accurate numbers as I want to be realistic but also don’t want to scare the prospect off as to what will actually be required of them.
Does GUIDEcx have an integration with DocuSign? I want to automate sending a DocuSign to a client when a particular task is triggered. Alternatively, is there a feature in GCX I could use instead of DocuSign?
How do I add links as project attachments? There is an opportunity to add them during initial project setup, but I can’t see where to do this once the project is in progress.
This article shows that there is the ability to view a GuideCx project as one of the customers on the project. I cannot find this functionality in any of my projects. Can anyone help me find this? Is it supposed to be in the Team tab?

Brand new to GuideCX. Does anyone else have issues with the Task status buttons rendering properly in the Outlook Desktop application? It’s cutting off the text in the button unless I really zoom out to ~60% in the email. Works completely fine in the browser version, but this seems like a pretty significant flaw in a very common application, and most of our team and customers use Desktop.
I get it. Newly onboarded customers might have a hard time letting go. (I've even heard some people call their handoff calls "Break up calls"). After all, you worked hard to be a product expert, a trusted advisor, their advocate, the list goes on.Here's my standard format for a handoff call:🟢 Introduce the customer to the CSM and vice versa🟢 Give a brief overview of how amazing each member was to work with🟢 Set basic guidelines for when to reach out to support vs. CSM ("Support's job starts when the product stops working")🟢 Turn the time over to the CSMHow do you set clear boundaries to make sure that the customer is empowered in knowing where to go if they have questions post onboarding?

My business resales a product and the business’s software we resale goes through an onboarding process where the business invites us to projects to work on with them… I want to use Zapier to automate this from our end… and I able to connect zapier if its not technically my guide CX account and I’m just the one being invited to projects?
I am on the Projects view. I only have 1 column sorted. That sorted column is “completed tasks”. The results is not as expected. Please see the attachment. Why would the 10 completed tasks not be under the 13 completed tasks?

Hello All, My team has customers with a bunch of sites/locations where each site needs an entire project plan to onboard. How do you manage those using GCX? I’m just curious what other customers are doing to keep this organized and ensure the visibility for internal users and customers alike is simple as well as how you manage them functionally. Has anyone run into issues with being able to respond to GUIDEcx tasks via email in Outlook?A customer I am working with advised that they are unable to directly respond via email as outlook will not allow the "respond via" email. The reply-to address seems to be the issue, its not being recognized as a valid email address. Is this maybe something their IT may need to add to an allowlist? Im pretty unfamiliar with Outlook so I’m not sure where to get started in trying to help them resolve this issue.
