Elliott Leonard here!! I am an automation/integration enthusiast, especially when it comes to onboarding and customer success. I believe companies will place greater emphasis on digital touch in 2023 and beyond. I would love to hear how you are approaching this!

Good to have you here @ellibot! I’ll be honest, when I was 7 I had a really scary dream where I was being chased by robots, but I’ll have to give you a chance because I like what you’re saying how digital touches are the way to go 2023 and beyond!

 

Hey Elliot! I’m getting my first exposure to setting up integrations/automations in our workflows in the GuideCX Recipe Builder and I am HOOKED - glad to find another nerd on the topic. Might pick your brain one of these days on this wild world I’m diving into!
