How come I can't @mention someone on my project?

Awesome job using the @mention feature! When you do this an email notification will be sent to the recipient! (From there they can respond directly from email!)

When you don’t see the right people in the dropdown list, chances are they haven’t been invited to the project.

So the first thing to check is if the person is invited to the project. That will solve this question 95% of the time. 

If they are invited to the project, but their name still doesn’t appear, try refreshing your page (or clearing your cache and cookies).

If that doesn’t do the trick, try chatting in!
