One hurdle that GUIDEcx users must leap, is getting their customers to start using the platform in the way it’s meant to be used--streamlining all communication into the platform with project and task notes AND updating task statuses to provide visibility and keep the project momentum rolling. We all know it’s easier said than done! It’s a new “accountability muscle” that your customers have to flex. However, there are some best practices that can be applied to increase customer engagement with the platform. What methods have you implemented that proved successful in getting your customers to update their task statuses?
There are some tasks we have set for other internal teams and they really don’t need the “you have been added to a project” email, they just need the task ones. Can you disable that email? Also they really dont need the “project overview” emails, but I still want to send those to the customers. Can we disable those for specific users?
I’ve selected 34 tasks that need to be reassigned to someone else, but they aren’t showing up in the drop down. I keep getting a “No Users Match the Selected Responsibility” error. How do I reassign these tasks?PS We have resource management. Not sure if that helps.
The team member marked a task as done a few days later than they actually completed it. How can we make it match reality?
I had a project titled “[Customer Name] Onboarding” that is missing from my GUIDEcx account. I have not been able to successfully click through to its url through Salesforce integrations or any of my emails. It should be located at the url: https://app.guidecx.com/app/projects/project-id#But every time I access it I am either getting an error page or redirected to my main project view page, even after clearing my browsing data and using an incognito window through chrome.Help please!
Is this a default field? Why does it exist?
I want to know if it’s possible to send the time tracked data from GUIDEcx to a different system.
I’m in my project and when I type @ no customers appear.I’ve also noticed I can’t @mention my supervisor. Their name isn’t appearing in the dropdown list.
I’m interested in learning about:Recipe Builder (I want to integrate with Zendesk) Resource Management Workspaces Custom Reports/Report Builder Time TrackingWho do I reach out to?
I have a customer that has been completing tasks where dependencies haven’t been met. (Waiting on internal things before they should be able to work on their tasks). How do I enforce a strict rule to prevent them from working on things that aren’t ready?
I have a customer that is assigned a task. When they complete the task, they want others on their team to be notified so they stay in the loop. They don’t want to forward the email to other customer participants.
I am looking for a feature within the platform to see a history of the notes sent within a project. Or if not a feature within the project any recommendations to assure that when a message is submitted that it is actually being sent.
What is industry standard? How can I establish a good baseline? How can I improve it?
I have attempted 4 times to create a new internal user, but I keep getting a red “unable to add” error every time.
I created a brand new custom merge tag, but it’s not appearing in the drop down.
Is there an activity log that admins can use? Specific scenario: I was OOO and come back to see changes to internal projects and a new user added as an admin. Can I pull a log that shows who made those internal changes?
I know I can use participant tasks, but I’d like to know if I can assign multiple people to the same task.
When a project is marked as done and/or archived, can they access it later?
Scenario: What I am to do is review a project that is marked "Done" and if so I will then assign a new person as the PM or Project Manager
Do they receive the reminder digest email and/or the PM note if that is sent out?
