Custom Fields Early-Access Beta is Live
Our amazing engineers and product team have been hard at work with revamping how custom fields work. Now they support data validation and you can use them in reporting, integrations, and more! Available now to everyone - just reach out to your CSM.
By default, when a customer replies to a GUIDEcx email with an attachment, GUIDEcx will store that file in their onboarding project. Now you can control whether that's allowed or not with the Import Email Attachments toggle in Company Settings. Available now to everyone.
Edit + Merge Customer Records in Program Management
All Admins, Managers, and Guides can now access the customer table in Program Management to:
- View aggregated data like average CSAT score across projects
- Edit Customer records and
- Merge/Delete customer records.
To access, click the "Program Management" icon in the navigation rail. Available now to everyone.
