I’m sure I’m not the only one who is getting asked about how we can improve our AI usage at their company. Since guideCX is a critical platform for my teams, I’m curious if anyone has started to leverage AI to help increase efficiency in the use of the guideCX platform? 

 

I’m not necessarily sure where the value could lie directly, so any out of the box use cases people would be open to sharing would be really cool to hear. Would love to get some inspiration 🤓

We started using AI to help generate our meeting recaps in tandem with Gong.io.

 

Here’s an overview of how it works:
 

  1. We are integrated with Gong.io to create a task note whenever we complete a call related to a project: 
  2. From there, I run it through my own prompt in chatgpt to format it the way I like:

We’re also talking through other possibilities:

  1. Summarizer button for project notes and task notes
  2. Summarizer for project page (where we’re at, what’s being worked on, how we can get back on schedule if needed etc.)
  3. Follow-up or response best practices 
  4. Automated time tracking
