Hey! I am supporting a startup who is developing a dating app. I am helping them to create their Onboarding and Customer Success plans to they can implement the appropriate processes and systems to support them as they scale. I am curious if anyone has any experience or can recommend any tools they would imagine might be able to support their team!

Once you create a filter. Save that filter. Is there a way to rename that saved filter?  Is there a way to make changes to that saved filter and save it again, thus updating it?

Good morning all,I tried searching the help center first but didn’t see an actual answer. So I found where clients can create a password but it doesn’t really work since it won’t let them create one without a “current password”. If you click on “forgot password”, you just get caught in an endless loop of email links and no actual passwords can be created. Help! Original question (answered):Can clients/customers we’ve invited to a project create a password for their project? Or can they only get to the project via the links in the emails? I’ve had a few customers mention that they haven’t seen an option to create a password and some have the experience that the email links don’t work properly (which I’ve only noticed happens whenever the system is down). But I have a few clients who prefer to set up a password. Thanks!

I saw a comment on a post that this should be available again as of 4/25, but I am not seeing it. Was this delayed further?

Salesforce is the common tool that unites many departments in our organization. Because of this, I tried to incorporate Project Level Status Change Reasons/Descriptions into a dashboard but didn’t see those details in the GuideCX Projects report. Has anyone found a good way to incorporate those details into Salesforce?

My customer screen shared that they don’t have assignments under their name. However, when I log in, it shows that I’ve assigned tasks to them. 

When I activated View As functionality in Labs, we now get many errors when attempting to load the project team page.Sometimes it works fine, it seems most of the time we get this error.</>ErrorSomething went wrong when loading teams data Sometimes if we just sit on the screen it eventually loads the team, sometimes not.

I created a task that I wnt my customer to sign off. When I click the Require Sign Off slider to turn it on, I am unable to save the task because it says I need to sign off at that time. I’m apparently not understanding how this works. Anyone able to set me straight? Thank you. 

With the View As feature enabled, the Team page for most projects now takes 2-3 minutes plus to load, versus being instantaneous with the feature turned off.The fastest I have seen one load with the feature enabled is 28 seconds. Many take 2 to 3 minutes to load. They do eventually load, I haven’t gotten an error message.Load times seem to be consistent for subsequent viewings of the team page. I will do more experimentation and share anything interesting I find.

Hi friends! My leadership is wondering if we can integrate GuideCX with our Tableau reporting. In talking to our data scientist he said “we need to know if they have an API that we can access”. Is this possible? Has anyone ever integrated with Tableau? Is there another route that I am not aware of (not via the API?)  

Hi,When sending an email to the team about a specific GuideCX task, I always include the task's link in the body of the email, so they have quick access to re-read the task's specifics.To get the link, I'm opening the task and copy/paste the URL that the browser is showing at the top bar.The resulting link is something like this:https://app.guidecx.com/app/tasks?project-id=410338a2-d261-4ad4-aced-38e66bc&edit-task=true&task-id=7c733a8f-57c4-4aab-a760-0982380bb&milestone-id=22544bcf-c118-4b5e-a922-290c86e9a412&task-type=regularI don't very much like the link I'm sending. We are also using Jira (for other purposes) and the Jira links look much better, like https://tylerjira.ourcompany.com/browse/ATI-2234 Sorry if the question is silly. Is there a better way to send the task's link, that I'm not aware of?

Another PM and I were looking at report options for her stakeholders, and this report is not showing that these tasks are assigned. When I go into the report itself though, they are. She assigned owners yesterday.  Does it take a minute for the reports to update from Projects?   

How do I see the name of the person a task is assigned to? How do I assign my self on a project and the tasks within?While using filter option in the Task option, I am unable to all the tasks assigned to my team members, I can only see the projects and tasks which I am assigned on.

Is there a limit to the number of Projects that a client can join? 

We’re finding that some existing functionalities are affected with this new impersonate feature turned on. Trouble adding or removing team members to projects (it just spins and spins) When trying to add Internal member to the team, the search functionality does not work. You have to scroll through the entire list that isn’t even in alphabetical order. Both functionalities work when the View as Customer Roles feature is turned off in Labs.Our team is very excited about the impersonate feature but cannot utilize it with other basic functionalities affected. How quickly can the fixes be released so we can take full advantage of the new feature? 

One area that I consistently struggle in my GuideCX Project Plan is interacting with the customer to schedule their Implementation Kick Off and User Training meetings.  I’ve been striving to keep all of my communication with the customer coming from GuideCX if possible - so it reflects the total picture of the history of the project.  I have a task that is assigned to the customer called Schedule your Implementation Kick Off Meeting!” and in it - I have embedded a Calendly Link to my calendar so that they can select an available time that works for them. But I have found that I have a better response rate for scheduling if I utilize the Calendly feature where you can actually insert availability that they can select and schedule quickly.  So sometimes I reply to the task email from GuideCX and add that availability if I haven’t heard from them. Can anyone share how they handle meeting scheduling with their customers through the GuideCX project?  

I’ll admit I don’t have a lot of knowledge about how this module is supposed to work - but I need a little help on Assign Role feature.  I’ve read the article Customer Roles + View As Customer - Labs and it doesn’t answer my questions. From the Team Tab for an internal team member,  I am able to choose Assign Role from the Menu - but when the pop up window opens - the Select a Role dropdown is greyed out.  Am I doing something wrong?  I’m guessing that there needs to be a list of roles configured somewhere - but I can’t find it.  What is the purpose of this feature?  Since most of my team members are the same for each project, would I have to assign these roles on every project?  

Ok - just jumped in to the beta for View As Customer (even thought I have a ton of other work to do - I thought - Hey - let me go play with this instead 😂)  I have several questions - but I’ll put them in different posts so it’s less confusing. I noticed when I went to my Team Page - that everyone - including me is saying that the Task Emails is off - when I know that isn’t the case for my internal people - and definitely not me.  Is this a bug?  And are customers automatically defaulted to getting all the emails?  

if you cancel a project can the customer still access it?

Hi- Is there anywhere I can get to Support without actually logging in? I don’t see anywhere I can find a support email address. My issue is with being able to log in, so I can’t get to the tickets or chat. 

This article shows that there is the ability to view a GuideCx project as one of the customers on the project. I cannot find this functionality in any of my projects. Can anyone help me find this? Is it supposed to be in the Team tab?

In our templates, we have some participant tasks that are essentially “complete this training course”. These courses are now housed in our company’s LMS where the learning management team wants to assign learners to the courses. I would love to be able to integrate where the courses could be assigned to the learners via API calls to the LMS, but I cannot see where information about participants in a task is accessible in Recipe Builder or via the API docs.Is participant info (e.g. email address) something that’s able to be accessed/acted upon within a recipe?

I’ve read through the post you had below that touched on custom fields and merge tags and I think I understood it to mean that later this month there would be ability to manage merge tags within the new Custom Fields tab but in the mean time we had to use them in parallel. Maybe I’m confused - but I built all new custom fields and they aren’t on my Custom Merge Tags list - just all of my old custom fields.  My new custom fields are not set to internal only.  I thought maybe I had to add all of my new ones manually - but when I click on Add Custom Merge Tag - I just get a window with a single free text field.  So I’m not sure how this works. Can you help me understand - or direct me to an article?Thanks again for all your help

Just an idea for the future enhancements in custom fields.  Add an ability to assign a “Group” to a Custom Field to better be able to visually organize them into an understandable section.  This would be both in the Project Details Window, as well as the Custom Fields tab of the project.   For example - I have several custom fields in each of the following phases of the project.  Right now I just try to put all the fields in this order - and just have to “know” the breaks/groupings that should be there.Project & Deal Information Deal Owner Deal Type Purchase Type Platform Links to Other Related Systems Zendesk Ticket HubSpot Deal Slack Channel Contract Information Start Date End Date Billing Contact Notes to Accounting Meeting Resources Kick Off Meeting Recording User Training Recording Admin Training Recording Transfer to CSM CSM Assigned CSM Email

When looking at reports I can only seem to sort by a specific tag, or by a collection of tags that have been used on projects. We use project tags to identify different sales reps, order methods, and products that the client is being set up with. However I can only figure out how to filter by a single tag, which means looking at one, then another, and not able to side by side compare. Is there a way to do this?
